All purchaser and order information obtained by the Bialik Institute (hereinafter "THE PUBLISHER")
through customer orders of books by means of this website is for internal use on this website only, and the Publisher undertakes not to forward any information so obtained to any outside party. Although the Publisher will do his utmost to maintain the confidentiality of any information provided by customers, any information provided to a third party inadvertently or due to reasons beyond the Publisher's control will not obligate the Publisher or the company with any liability for provision of information as stated.
Miscellaneous
The Publisher's computer records of website actions shall be deemed evidence of the correctness of what is stated therein.
If there is an error in the description, price or image of any book or any other information or description of it, or if there is an error in a customer's particulars, the Publisher shall be entitled to refuse to accept the specific order and shall not bear any liability whatsoever.
Information provided by a customer may be used, inter alia, to send electronic mail notices of special campaigns or website updates. A website user who does not want to receive electronic mail as stated should ask the Publisher to delete his or her name from the Publisher's distribution list.

Sole legal jurisdiction in any dispute that may arise in respect of the website or any activities carried out by means of the website rests with the authorized courts in Jerusalem District only.
